ETH have produced a video (both in the lab and 12 metres below the surface in Lake Greifensee!) showcasing our work on the role of bacteria in the degradation of marine snow. A big thank you to Estelle for demonstrating the use of the ISCA to quantify bacterial chemotaxis, and to Uria for his videos of particles as they’re degraded by bacteria!
