Enhancing Fish Passage Efficiency: New Study for Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) by Dr. Luiz Silva’s Ecohydraulics Team

Our Ecohydraulics Team has completed a study for the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) aimed at assessing the efficiency of fish passages at hydropower plants and the report is now published. The study was led by Dr Luiz Silva and highlighted the relevance of standardizing methods to analyse monitoring data and provide a clear definition of the metrics used to assess fish passage efficiency.
